Rocío Flores (Natalia Oreiro), profesora universitaria de sociología, escribe un libro sobre el narcisismo moderno. Para entender mejor a su “sujeto”, decide estudiarlo desde adentro y elige como caso a Máximo Rey (Adrián Suar), un carismático cirujano plástico.
